In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkr10", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkr10 platform and its operating entity, accessible at pkr10.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account on the pkr10 platform or accesses the services provided therein.
• "Account" means the personalised player account created on pkr10.net, through which the player accesses all platform services.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and residential address.

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) pkr10 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pkr10 employs technical and investigative methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts discovered will be subject to immediate suspension, with all associated balances voided.

• You must provide truthful registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• pkr10 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
• Accounts registered by third parties on behalf of others, or shared between multiple individuals, are not permitted.
• pkr10 may decline or close any registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr10 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not carried out by you personally.

pkr10 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to be from pkr10 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pkr10 support immediately.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your pkr10 account, you must notify our support team immediately. pkr10 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

pkr10 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the pkr10 platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to source.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pkr10 reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified players only. pkr10 may require identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing: pkr10 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on payment method and volume of requests.
• Withdrawal to Source: pkr10 follows anti-money laundering best practices and will generally process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
• Fees: pkr10 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such charges are your responsibility.

All games available on the pkr10 platform — including casino games, sports betting markets, poker rooms, slot machines, fishing games, and any other gaming products — are governed by the following general rules, as well as any game-specific rules published within the game interface or supporting documentation:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP percentages for certified games are available on request.
• Sports betting odds are set by pkr10's trading team and are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. Bets placed at confirmed odds will be honoured at those odds regardless of subsequent changes, unless an obvious error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, pkr10 reserves the right to void affected rounds or wagers and return stakes to players.
• pkr10 does not accept liability for incomplete game sessions caused by internet connectivity failures on the player's end, including issues arising from Pakistani mobile network congestion on Jazz, Telenor, Zong, or Ufone.
• Any winnings that result from a demonstrable system error, game glitch, or software malfunction will be voided regardless of whether funds have been credited to a player's account. pkr10 will restore the account balance to its pre-error state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr10 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using more than one pkr10 account, whether under your own name or fictitious identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker games or any other competitive gaming format available on pkr10.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pkr10 platform to obtain funds, bonuses, or other benefits not intended by pkr10.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the pkr10 platform to process or legitimise funds of criminal origin.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your pkr10 account on your behalf.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with pkr10.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the pkr10 platform, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr10 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the pkr10 platform or Services.

pkr10's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkr10 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr10 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the pkr10 platform at your own risk.

pkr10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the pkr10 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
